The untold story of the greatest high school basketball team ever and the struggles of a beautiful American City. In the not too distant shadow of Martin Luther King Jr's assassination... Baltimore 1981. Failing Public Health. Failing Public School System. Unemployment skyrocketing. Crime rising. Open air drug markets.
